An AI virtual influencer is an original, computer-generated character created to represent and promote a brand. Our virtual influencers are designed from scratch—not copied from, modeled after, or created from the likeness of an existing person. Each character begins as an original idea developed by our founder, then is shaped through detailed prompting, creative direction, and careful refinement. We handle the character’s appearance, personality, brand role, content, and appropriate AI disclosure.
If a client purchases a website outright, pays the full price upfront, and has no remaining balance, the completed website belongs to the client, subject to the written agreement and any third-party licensing terms.
Websites provided through a monthly payment or website-use plan follow a different ownership process. Under those plans, Video Productions by Zeus retains ownership until all required payments and agreement terms have been completed. The ownership terms will be explained and agreed to before work begins.
